Q. I want to cancel my order.
For cancellations after the order of your order, please contact us within 1:00 after ordering.
Subsequent cancellations are basically not accepted.
For cancellations, please consult the staff from LINE or inquiry form.
Q. I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?
Due to the system, the coupon code cannot be adapted to the order after payment is completed.
Q. I want to change the payment method.
You cannot change the payment method after payment is completed. Please note.
Q. How long will it arrive?
We will usually deliver it in about 10 to 20 days.
Unexpected delays may occur due to the circumstances of the manufacturer and customs clearance procedures. Please understand in advance.

Q. Can you deliver overseas?
Delivery is only in Japan.
Q. The tracking number is "Not registered on the slip number".
Due to the transportation company system, it may take up to one week until the tracking number is reflected.
